​Creativity has always been at the center of who I am. From an early age, my parents instilled in me the importance of not only striving for success but aiming higher—shooting for the moon in everything I do. By the age of six, I knew I wanted to be a CEO, following in my mother’s footsteps of creating something meaningful from the ground up. The arts became my language of expression, and fashion became the vessel that allowed me to merge imagination with intention. Every color, texture, and silhouette I create is guided by that early lesson: to dream boldly and design fearlessly.
The foundation of my passion was shaped by my late grandmother—the woman who taught me how to use a sewing machine and introduced me to the world of Project Runway. Together we would imagine the day my own designs would walk down a runway. That dream, born in her living room, became my mission. I can truly say I was designed to design—and every garment I create carries a piece of her spirit, a reflection of my family’s encouragement, and a promise to continue building a legacy through artistry and purpose.

Lauren Taylor’D is the beginning of a brand built on vision, identity, and legacy. The name itself carries a story—derived from my own, yet intentionally evolved. With my name being Lauren Taylor, the addition of the “D” forms a clever play on the word tailored, standing for design. It embodies the core mission of my brand: to craft garments that are not only custom-made but deeply personal, where every seam and structure is purposefully aligned with the client’s individuality. Lauren Taylor’D represents the balance between timeless sophistication and modern artistry, merging my passion for couture craftsmanship with my commitment to empowering people through what they wear.
My goal is to transform Lauren Taylor’D into a couture and bridal house that redefines elegance—where each piece tells a story of confidence, beauty, and transformation. Beyond fashion, the brand is a movement toward authenticity and creativity, celebrating the power of design to inspire and connect.
